Regina is extremely adaptable and very interested in food and her approach is to cook with fresh local ingredients wherever possible. All dietary requirements can be catered for including gluten-free, low-fat, vegan and vegetarian. Just let the team know, preferably in advance, so they can make sure everyone is looked after.

For breakfast we have our own homemade granola and yoghurt, local fruit and Vicentian coffee as well as eggs any style, bacon and pancakes – order each morning as you like.

Lunches are often based around a variety of salads (Salad Nicoise with fresh tuna is a speciality) as well as grilled shrimp, quiches, frittatas, fishcakes, barbequed chicken and ribs and Regina’s famed gazpacho.

For dinner, choose from home cooked comforts (fillet of beef and Audrey’s potato Dauphinoise with calaloo or pumpkin soup to start (our favourites) as well as many types of fish, curries, roast chicken, chicken Schnitzel and a variety of local vegetables.

As for places to eat, we recommend breakfast in the Great Room looking out to St Vincent. For lunch sit outside under the covered terrace or perhaps have a picnic on the beach. For dinner, there are several options – if outside, you can be under the terrace or on Marguerite’s beautiful deck surrounded by Frangipani trees and candle-lit lanterns. For larger parties, the west terrace is ideal. Inside, the long dining table in the Great Room can seat up to 16 while the table by the windows is perfect for a smaller, intimate, family dinner. The Great Room looks very beautiful at night, with the white curtains blowing in the breeze and the lights dimmed.
